1.Ultrasonic Plate Transducer Introduction

The ultrasonic plate transducer plates are mounted over an aperture cut in the tank wall and the radiating surface is in direct contact with the cleaning medium.

They are ultrasonic plate transducer fitted to the outside of containers with welded or press-on mounting frames, thus saving space.
Integrated Plate transducers do not require space within the cleaning tank.

(3) Warranty
100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller guarantee quality of the products (excluding wearing parts) for a period of 2years from the date of trial run finish under our technician's guidance. If any quality problem within warranty, we’ll provide free spare parts or repairing service.
Clangsonic provides 18 months warranty from the date of factory under normal use. The manufacturer shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss, compensation and repair due to improper use, installation, misuse or abnormal temperature, dust and corrosive atmosphere etc.
Below are not covered by Warranty:
1. Cavitation erosion on ultrasonic tank or surface of submersible transducer, which is a normal phenomenon during ultrasonic cleaning.
2. Damage caused by abuse, improper installation, alternation, overload or neglect of precautions during the warranty, the device will be repaired or replaced by professional. Clangsonic reserves all the right.
(4) Do you accept customization?
Yes, we have professional R&D teams to respond your special requirements quickly.
(5) Can we tune the generator by ourselves?
We will tune the generator to the optimum resonant status before factory. It's forbidden for user to modify the parameters without Clangsonic's authorization.
Unauthorized modifications may damage the devices or result in non-tuning between ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer.
